Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Arkion platform, website, or discovery scan, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Discovery scan
The external discovery scan is read-only and operates exclusively against publicly available information (Certificate Transparency logs, DNS records, TLS handshakes, and well-known manifests). The scan does not access your internal network, modify your infrastructure, or install any software.
Intellectual property
The Arkion name, mark, and platform are the property of Arkion Identity Systems, Inc. Scan results delivered to you are your proprietary information. Our owned vocabulary — including terms such as “governed estate,” “lifecycle authority,” “silent expiry,” and “identity lifecycle debt” — may be used in reference to our platform but not as trademarks for competing products.
Limitation of liability
Arkion provides the discovery scan and platform on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
